WAINUIORU GRAVEL SERIES - 27 SEP 2026
Featuring exclusive access through private JNL forestry land, the Wainuioru course takes riders deep into stunning forest landscapes, remote gravel roads, and some of the most spectacular back-country scenery in the Wairarapa. A fitting and unforgettable finale to the series.
Wainuioru Course:
The distances may look shorter than normal but time on bike due to the forrest terrain, hills, mud and more technical nature of this course you will still have a great ride!
LONG COURSE: 80km / 1610m - 2 laps
MEDIUM COURSE: 50km / 810m - 1 full lap
SHORT COURSE: 38km / 650m - follows the short-course cutoff

WHAT TYRES SHOULD I RUN?
Our recommendation for this course would be a minimum of 45mm to get the fastest and most comfortable ride. Low pressures may feel slow on the road section but you’ll be thanking us once you get in the bush
